Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your items to ensure they are still frozen and the packaging is intact.
- 2.Contact Support
If there is an issue, email our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
- 3.Quality Review
Our customer success team will review your claim to determine if a refund or a reshipment is the best solution.
- 4.Resolution
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, or a replacement order will be dispatched immediately.
